If it is to be, it is up to me
Many will know Caroline Lloyd-Evans not only as a past chair of CBN but also in her professional role of personal and business coach at CLE Consulting & Training.
Due to serious illness Caroline had to take off her business hat last year and practise what she preaches – to dig deep and prove that a positive attitude and determination will take you from a difficult place to where you want to be. She found herself using the mantra she gives her clients...If it is to be, it is up to me… and now Caroline can say, with confidence, “I’m back!”
Life’s challenges – job insecurities, career decisions, work-life imbalances, relationship issues – can quickly have an adverse impact on individuals and the organisations that employ them. People try to manage these situations without support, although they do turn to professionals for legal and financial problems. Caroline’s experience in coaching and facilitating has shown her how immediate and positive the impact of one-to-one and small group coaching is on individual and company performance.
