This year our Summer Lunch will be held in Madingley Hall, a Tudor house once home to Edward, Prince of Wales - later King Edward VII - whilst he was studying at Cambridge.
We will hope for sunny summer weather and enjoy a pre lunch drink on the terrace overlooking magnificent gardens designed by Capability Brown.
Menu of two courses including welcome drink and canapes on the Hickson Terrace, a glass of wine with the meal and tea/coffee and mints.

Main courses (including vegetarian options)
Roast chicken with garlic, rosemary and pancetta, dauphinoise potato, baby spring greens and asparagus tips
(V) Garlic and rosemary summer vegetable frittata with baby spring greens and asparagus tips
or
Racks of lamb with pistachio crust, gallette potatoes, baby spinach and olive jus
(V) Moroccan spiced stuffed butternut squash with galette pots, baby spinach and olive jus with a pistachio crust
Desserts
Cinnamon apple cake with calvados ice cream and crème anglaise

Baked crème brulee, poached rhubarb and ginger ice cream
