David will point out the five biggest, most common mistakes made in sales conversations, then he’ll go on to show you how you can avoid all of these by using the five individual ‘Conversations’ that make up the sales conversation, even if you don’t think you are a natural Salesperson . Finally he will spend time helping you get over any uncertainties you may have about putting these ideas into practice yourself straight away, by going through the top five excuses people come up with for not giving this process a try.
